Refund Policy

We reserve the right to change this at any point in time, although we will provide notice.

Our Timeframe: 

We accept returns within 30 days from purchase, if provided a receipt. 

Product Condition:

It may not be dented, scratched or otherwise changed in any location of the product. 

If we sell you a faulty product then we will refund you fully. We’d be angry too. To make up for our egregious error, we’ll give you a discount on your next purchase.

What can be refunded:

Anything can be refunded, but here are the conditions for each product:

Shafts:

• No dents
• No scratches
• Paint must be pristine
• Cannot be snapped
• In no way should the appearance or function change

Heads: 

• Nothing broken
• No scratches
• Must look and work the same as when it was first made

Mesh and anything related:

• Must still be in packaging. Cannot be opened. We’re very sorry, but we don’t have leniency for this. Once opened, it’s yours. We can guarantee it’s good mesh though.
