Information we (might) collect:

  • Email
  • Name
  • Address
  • Credit Card Information
  • Username
  • Password

When do we collect this information?

Well, only collect the above information if you willingly give it to us. So when you fill out and send a message with the Contact Us! Form(if you did one, it’s hugely appreciated), we will collect your email address, and name.

We collect your email address when you subscribe as well(Again, if you subscribed, thank thanks a ton!).

Address: We’ll collect it when you make an appointment, or order something. Again, if you have done either of these things, you’re a literal godsend.

The credit card information will be collected when you order something. This way you’re able to pay us, BUT also get the product. It’s a winning scenario for us, and it’s most definitely a good scenario for you.

Of course, the username and password. This is specific to our site, it allows you to gain more access to our site. We can’t access any of your other passwords, and to be completely honest, we don’t even know how to access your password.

How we use this information:

Aight, so the reason your email address is needed for the Contact Us! Form is so we know how to respond to you. And respond we will. Quite quickly. The name isn’t necessarily completely necessary, but it’s nice to know who we are talking to. Plus, for all we know you could be lying. No harm no foul.

When subscribing we collect your email address because we (again) need to reach you. We wish would could contact you without it, but alas, that future is not upon us quite yet.

But how do you use the address? You ask. Well, for appointments, it’s so we get to the correct place, at the correct time. We don’t want to be in Novato when you’re in Sausalito, because that wouldn’t be fun for either of us. The same with ordering. The LAST thing we want is for you to not receive a shipment(quickly and timely). For this reason, it is crucial you tell us where to deliver it. Otherwise we’ll ship it to San Diego instead of Portland.

Of course, the credit card information. This is so you’re able to pay. The money is a massive help to us, and the product is a massive help to you, so it evens out quite well. If it doesn’t please send us an email. Or a review. Both would be spectacular.

The Username and Password. This is, again, specific to our site. We’ll use it to know who you are, and so the computer knows who you are as well. To be completely honest, we have no reason to even look, unless you need help with recovery.

The Omnipresent Cookies!

Cookies are little snippets of data. Like a teaspoon, but with data. In the form of text. They are sent between our website server(GoDaddy) and your computer, basically telling us certain things about your activity on our website.

But how do we use them?

We’re able to see that somebody visited our site. That’s just about it. So if know that you have visited our site, we have a count of 101 people visiting our site, rather than 100. Additionally, it helps to minimize loading time. We only use cookies with your enjoyment in mind. Not a single password, username, or other data can be obtained without voluntary admission.

The cookies also allow us to see how many pages you visited on our website, but not necessarily the specific pages you visited

We can also see if you scrolled by the link on the google page
